Józef Siwiec

Higher education, master of science in chemistry. Graduate of the Gliwice Vocational Technical High School for Ceramics and the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, as well as postgraduate studies in the domain of thermal engineering. Mr Siwiec has been involved with Zakłady Magnezytowe “ROPCZYCE” S.A. since 1979. He worked as a technologist, production foreman, production department manager, production and trade director, managing director. In the years 1992-2000 he was a member of the Company’s management board, and since 2000 he has been holding the position of the President of the Management Board.
Marian Darłak
Vice-president of the Management Board for Quality and Development
Higher education, master of science in chemistry. Graduate of the Faculty of Materials Science and Ceramics of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. Mr Darłak has been involved with Zakłady Magnezytowe “ROPCZYCE” S.A. since 1978. He worked as a production foreman, production department manager, manager of the quality control department, quality manager, production manager, development and production director. Since 2000 he has been a member of the Company’s management board. Since 2009 he has been holding the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Quality And Development.
Robert Duszkiewicz
Vice President of the Management Board - CFO
Higher education in economics – Szkoła Główna Planowania i Statystyki in Warsaw (Main School of Planning and Statistics), presently SGH. All his professional career has been connected with finances, starting with his first job in "WSK-PZL" Mielec S.A. in 1993. Afterwards he worked in the automotive industry occupying among others the position of a financial controller – assistant financial officer in Lear Automotive (EEDS) Poland Sp. z o.o. held by the American Lear concern, next the chief financial officer in two companies of the German Kirchhoff group – Kirchhoff Polska Sp. z o.o. and Kirchoff Polska Assembly Sp. z o.o. Mr Duszkiewicz has been involved with Zakłady Magnezytowe "ROPCZYCE" S.A. since 2010. In the years 2010-2012 he was a member of the Company's management board, and since 2012 he has been holding the position of the Vice President of the Management Board - CFO.
Jerzy Gdula
Vice-President of the Management Board for Commercial
Master of Economics - Maria Curie-Skłodowska University of Lublin (Rzeszów branch), Management and Marketing. Completed post-graduate studies at Warsaw school of Economics in the field of Goodwill Management as well as University of Science and Technology in Kraków in the field of Business Management. He prides himself in having almost 20 year proven track record in sales, including 15 year experience in Zakłady Magnezytowe “ROPCZYCE” S.A . Advanced speaker of English and German language and elementary user of Russian. He has gone through all ranks in our company. He embarked on a career as an independent economist then became an independent export sales officer and an export sales specialist, later on was promoted to a position of a project manager , a sales manager and a deputy sales director. Since 2013 held a position of a sales director and on the 1st of March 2021 was appointed a Vice-President of the Management Board for Commercial Affairs.
